How to make Rudolph Cookies

These adorable Rudolph Reindeer Cookies are the cutest things I’ve ever made! I’ll teach you how to make Rudolph Cookies with just a few tricks and simple ingredients! They’re adorable and so easy to make!
This would be a perfect cookie decorating activity for the kids or even to make for the neighbors.  You can use whatever cookies you want and even store-bought frosting to make it even easier.  Because as you know, I’m all about making things easier.
How to make Rudolph Cookies

Yield: 30 cookies
Ingredients
Easy Brownie Cookies:
1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 C. oil
Chocolate Frosting:
3/4 C. butter, softened
1/4 C. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. milk. more if needed
2 C. powdered sugar, more if needed
Mint M&M's, you'll need the red the white
Nilla Wafers
1/4, C. Melted chocolate Pretzels

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with parchment paper.
2. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil together. Batter will be thick. If you you think too thick, you can add a touch more oil!
3. Make dough balls just smaller than a golf ball and place on pans, press down so they don't bake up too tall!
4. Bake for 7-9 minutes depending on how fudgey you want them to be.
5. Let cool.
6. Frosting: Beat butter. Add cocoa, vanilla and milk. Slowly add in powdered sugar until you reach your desired consistency. Add more milk to make thinner.
